As the Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid19) outbreak continues to evolve and spreads globally .We are monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update
clinic guidance based on current recommendations from the centres for disease control and prevention and the world health organisation .
Only business critical visitors are permitted at this time.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce and visitors , we are conducting a simple screening questioner .
Your participation is important to help us to take precautionary measures to protect you and everyone in this building.
You need to be considering this question;
1-Have you returned from any of the countries listed on coronavirus FAQs within 14 days?
2-Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID 19 within the last 14 days ?
3-Have you been in close contact with anyone who has traveled within the last 14 days to one of the countries listed on : https://corporate.ford.com/coronavirus.html
4-Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in last 14 days (to include fever ,cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing )?
IF ANSWER IS YES TO ANY OF THE QUESTIONS ,ACCESS TO OUR PREMISES WILL BE DENIED.
In the building :Wearing Face Mask, avoid eating and drinking(except water) , 2 meter Social distance , have not company with more than one person and sanitising your hand are most important rules which must to follow at all the time.
